Payment Frequency

Students may pay across two frequencies. 

  1. Pay-as-you-go:

    Students pay per session or service.

  2. Monthly

    Students pay once a month. 

    There are three monthly payments available:

    $128

    • Covers 4 individual sessions or 8 mini-sessions.

    $256

    • Covers 8 individual sessions. 

    $320

    • Covers 8 individual sessions and 4 mini-sessions.

Payment Policy

All sessions and services must be paid in full before execution. 

  • Students paying per session or service must:

    • Pay in full upon booking.

  • Students paying once a month must:

    • Pay for the month in full on the Monday before their first session.

Note: The payment policy applies to all students, regardless of payment frequency.

Payment Methods

At this time, payment is only accepted through cash or Zelle.

Note: This applies to all sessions and services.

Cancellations

Students will be charged for short-notice cancellations.

  • Within 48 hours of a session or essay pick-up:

    Students will be charged 50% of the session or service price.

  • Within 24 hours of a session or essay pick-up:

    Students will be charged 100% of the session or service price.

Note: The cancellation policies apply to all students, regardless of payment frequency.

Rescheduling

Students will be charged a minor fee for rescheduling on short notice.

  • Within 24 hours of a session or essay pick-up:

    Students will be charged $3.20, due at the rescheduled session or service.

Note: Rescheduling fees apply to all students, regardless of payment frequency.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged for the full price of the session or service booked.

Note: The no-show policy applies to all students, regardless of payment frequency.

(Example: Suppose a student pays monthly but does not make use of all covered sessions within 31 days of payment. In that case, unused sessions, ‘no-shows,’ will not be refunded.)

Refunds

Samantha will refund students if she is late or cancels on short notice.

  • If Samantha is more than 10 minutes late to a session:

    She will refund 50% of the session or service price.

  • If Samantha must cancel a session or service within 48 hours of its execution:

    She will refund 100% of the session or service price.
